Rhea has over a decade of experience in the data center and infrastructure industry with a real estate development background. She has worked for several of the largest DC developers in the world including Digital Realty, NTT and Compass as a Vice President. She also sat on the buy side for Oracle focusing on new and existing public region growth in EMEA. As Co-Chair of the Americas for iMWomen she is passionate about driving more opportunity in our industry. Rhea is currently Co-Founder and CCO of E3, an innovative master development firm specializing in power self-generation for data centers and sustainable economic growth to communities.

Shanu Mathew
Shanu Mathew is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager/Analyst on US Sustainable Equity. He also serves as a research analyst on the US Equity team, focusing on companies’ sustainability and net zero efforts. He began working in the investment field in 2015. Prior to joining Lazard in 2021, Shanu was a Vice President and Head of ESG at First Eagle Alternative Credit. He has also worked at Expanse and started his career in investment banking at Evercore. Shanu has a BS in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Evergreen Climate Innovations, which provides capital and support to early-stage startups focused on climate solutions. Shanu has also been recurring guest on Wood Mackenzie’s ‘The Energy Gang’ podcast.
